The Only Empty Canvas
Drowning in Excess
Trying to find the “moderation” everyone talks about.
Does everyone possess a superpower I wasn’t born with?
Or did they train and earn it fair and square?
To me, moderation is draining.
A monster constantly fed by willpower.
Maybe the freedom is in picking a lane.
“All or nothing.”
Both come with a price.
The “all” is indulging,
and the “nothing” is agony.
The opportunity is in nothingness.
The only empty canvas.
The rest are prefilled without my choosing.
